I will build on my past analysis of the website filestube.com

I have found that filestube.com primary functions as a search engine. For this reason, surveys are the only effective method of understanding the users' needs and concerns. I believe it is prudent to place a link beneath the search box, as this is the first element users will look at when visiting the site. The label should kindly invite users to take the survey. An example might be "Please help us make filestube better." The survey itself should be short, no longer that 2 minutes, and should focus on the main aspects of the site. It is my belief that by using the results of the survey, www.filestube.com could dramatically improve its navigation, as well as improve the quality and number of search results.
