Chapter 7 describes various ways to create a uniform and consistent user experience within an application. Through the smart use of fonts, available space and other aspects a designer can build an application that is clear and easy to learn without requiring much if any thought.

Hulu is an example of a uniformly and consistently designed site. The links at the top and bottom of the page are the same across the site and take up minimal space. The tv and movie descriptions and screenshots are arranged and designed consistently throughout the site as well.
