When creating an account, Wufoo used an error detection method that keeps the relevant mistake on the current page and further more, highlights the problematic areas that need tended to.
The page for creating multiple choice forms is chalk full of Poka-yoke devices, for example; it gives the user a list of features to add, complete with default parameters. If the defaults are changed to something unacceptable, like the min>max of a text field, then one of the parameters is simply discarded to avoid contradicting settings. It prevents the user from ever being able to make the mistake in the first place!
